This Privacy Policy is designed to help you to understand how Blue Morpho S.A., a company formed in Peru (“BMT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses and discloses the information you provide us.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the use of:

Changes to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion at any time. Any revision to this Privacy Policy will be posted at the link in the footer of our Site (i.e., this webpage that you are currently viewing) or elsewhere on the Site. Domicile and Hosting of the Site
The Site is hosted via Amazon Cloud Services located in Ireland. If you are visiting the Site from a country outside of Ireland and the European Union, please note that you are transferring your personal data to Ireland and by providing your personal data you consent to that transfer and to our use of that information in accordance with this policy.
However, where required to perform services for you or for our wider businesses purposes, the information that we hold about you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the EU. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EU who work for us or for one of our service providers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. We may transfer data to countries outside the EU, which the EU does not consider to have an adequate data protection regime in place. Where we do this, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are put in place.

- For the same reasons as we share Personal Information: 1) with your consent; 2) for a legitimate business purpose; 3) to fulfill a contraction obligation; and 4) to fulfill a legal obligation;
